Position Summary:

Partners with the U.S. Commercial sales organization to drive incremental top line opportunities and identifies opportunities to maximize the return on the "cost to serve". Analyzes account/hospital analytics, performs surgeon segmentation/profiling, and develops performance revenue reporting and dashboards to assist in market and account level business reviews. Engages directly with sales teams to drive strategic account planning and provides recommendations for decision making.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborates with leaders in identifying specific selling opportunities at specific accounts/territories, and assists in driving regional initiatives and objectives
  • Provides standard revenue and performance reporting/analysis for business reviews, and builds reports/sales tools in addition to ad hoc analytics related to accounts, products, and surgeons
  • Identifies, validates, and executes opportunities for sales performance improvements
  • Collaborates with IT team to provide reporting requirements for current and changing business needs, and assists with training sales organization on IT toolset
  • Assists with driving behavioral changes with the sales force to maximize selling results and overall profitability, and drives internal improvements and efficiencies within the Sales Operations team
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (including PowerPoint and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel)
  • Proficient with PowerBI, Business Objects or other relevant software packages
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 1 years and a Master's degree
  • Business Intelligence and data analytics experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry, market share resources, SAP knowledge and CRM experience is a plus
