Job Description
Bilingual Bangladesh/English Customer Service
Pay $25/hr

*Provide assistance to cab drivers at a walk-up service window.
*Assist customers from diverse backgrounds.
*A friendly and professional demeanor.
*Ability to explain the same answers to repetitive questions in multiple ways.
*Willing to become a Subject Matter Expert.
*Develop business relationships with key clients.
*Out of the boxer thinker willing to create new methods and projects.
*Exceptional computer skills.
*High attention to detail.
*Identify trends related to service requests and proactively seek out solutions.
*The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
*Follow up skills.
*Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work quickly under pressure.


Additional opportunities
*Ability to create training materials via screen capture video and strong writing skills
*Contribute to weekly executive reporting
*Key Performance Indicators
*Work with technical team to improve and trouble shoot systems
*Assist with emails responding in an appropriate manner
*Experience in face to face customer service in a service center environment
