Southwire Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support the operational and financial aspects of the organization by providing intermediate-level billing and Accounts Receivable support to the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
Reconcile weekly billing and process in SAP.
Track completed jobs throughout the invoicing process.
Update unbilled and billed reports (WIP)
Invoice completed jobs in various external customer portal systems based on customer requirements.
Work with customers to resolve invoicing issues.
Assist the Cash Applications team in reconciling payments from customers.
Assist A/R Billing Manager in coordinating collections of outstanding invoices.
Provide Supervisor, Field managers, and Accounting Dept. with daily, weekly, and monthly Excel revenue reports.
Assist in research of revenue discrepancies for the field managers.
Process and calculate customer warranty claims.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Education Level: Associates
Years of Experience: 1-3
Field of Expertise: Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, or customer service experience.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Education Level: Associates
Years of Experience: 1-3

Other Preferred Fields of Expertise: Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, or customer service experience.
