Job Summary

Drexel University College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry is looking for applications for a 1 year Janssen fellowship. This position will have dual reporting to the Chair of Psychiatry and a department faculty member.

Essential Functions

  • Participate in Clinical Studies sponsored by Drexel Medicine Cannabis Research Center.
  • Participate in research projects at Caring Together, an addiction treatment program at Drexel College of Medicine.
  • Participate in grant writing, data analysis, and manuscript writing.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a PhD or a Doctorate in Neuroscience or Pharmacology.
  • Minimum of a year of experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Neuroscience and Pharmacology, good communication skills, good writing skills, basic understanding of Drug development.

Physical Requirements

  • Typically sitting at a desk/table.
  • Typically standing, walking.

  • Center City - Philadelphia, PA

Additional Information

This is a full-time Faculty position classified as Exempt. The salary offered is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
