Your Opportunity

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting retirement plan investment activities for both qualified and non-qualified pension plans' and 401(k).The candidate will primarily have an operational and analytical role.Candidate will also have opportunities for supporting other treasury department functions including corporate finance, capital markets, and risk management.Candidate is expected to collaborate regularly with team members and be open to fluidity in job role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare various recurring reports on investment and retirement plan performance

  • Provide analysis to support investment strategy decision making

  • Monitor plan funded status, asset allocation, asset manager performance, and ongoing compliance requirements

  • Cash management and trade execution for investment portfolios

  • Various ad hoc projects

  • Regularly coordinate with various internal and external constituents as required to fulfill requirements of core responsibilities

  • Assist in other treasury projects as needed to achieve team goals

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Finance, Accounting or related field and 2+ years of relative experience, preferably in a corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

  • Investment experience highly desirable

  • Corporate finance, capital markets, and risk management experience also desirable

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Resourceful and conscientious of producing quality work products

  • Energetic to learn and high degree of initiative.

  • Ability to juggle priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and organizational skills.

  • Operate efficiently under fixed deadlines

  • Occasional Travel possible

  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

Salary Range

$59,500.00 - $89,500.00
