Position Details

The registered nurse plays a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) supporting Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. A company vehicle will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan.
• Perform physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc.
• Support implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• A degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Active unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 2 years' of experience in mental health.
• Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and recovery driven service system.
• Understanding of adults with serious mental illness and/or intellectual developmental disabilities.
• Active PA Driver's License and ability to pass appropriate state and federal clearances.
