The NFL implementation coordinator will be the conduit between the hardware/warehouse team and the NFL operations team. They will work internally with the services operations team and the NFL operations team and externally with the NFL Technology team. They will be responsible for the roll out of new technology and the maintenance of existing hardware. They will also be responsible for kit builds and install planning.
Responsibilities:
Creating kit and build lists
Communicating feedback from both internal and external stakeholders on kit procurement, kit builds, and system installs
Communicating internally on the status of any implementation related items, such as procurement timelines, install status etc
Planning, preparing and installing systems
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
Ensuring relevant data is collected and fed back for issue resolution
Maintaining hardware stock and coordinating system maintenance
Creating effective troubleshooting procedures across the business
Working with the Live Operations team to ensure all hardware quirks are documented and actioned
Working with the hardware team to ensure that appropriate hardware is procured
Working in Live Operations to technically guarantee setups
Requirements / Skills:
A strong technical grounding in networking, video/ audio signal flows and other relevant technical fields
Strong analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills
Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative
Willingness to travel and work both domestically and internationally
Interest in the sport industry and latest technological innovations in the field
Ability to work under pressure
Time management skills
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $43,000 to $57,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
