We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated LSRP Managing/Sr Managing Consultant to assist our Remediation Project Management team in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in remedial or design investigations, cost estimating, and proposal development. Strong background in environmental remediation construction management and implementation oversight is required. This position will be responsible for preparing bid documents, attending bid walks, leading contractor RFPs and selection, and overseeing all aspects of remediation project implementation.If you are an experienced and motivated professional with a passion for remediation project management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join our Environment & Health Department

As our new Managing Consultant, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing innovative and sustainable site solutions to an international client base. You will work with all levels of expertise from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their fields. You will thrive in an environment of continual learning where you will be mentored and have the opportunity to mentor others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of remediation projects from contractor procurement to project delivery
  • Attend bid walks and lead development of RFPs and contractor selection
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, including cost estimates, technical proposals, and other related documents
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to field project teams
  • Conduct project reviews and ensure adherence to established procedures and protocols
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • LSRP
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management and remediation implementation oversight
  • Experience in cost estimating, and proposal development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and requirements
