As a Quality Engineer at Purolite, an Ecolab Company, you will be responsible for the following:
- Create, review, and implement operating procedures, work instructions and other quality-related documents.
- Subject matter expert in no less than one discipline of validation (e.g. process validation preferred).
- Work with Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams to implement and execute validation programs.
- Prepared precise and timely reports as required.
- Worked with Manufacturing Site Quality group.
- Participated in Deviations/ Investigations/ Non-conformances / CAPA
- Clean Room gowning
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or related field with strong Chemistry component and fewer than two years of experience.
- For Equipment plants, degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- 3 years Quality (QA and/or QC) experience in a GMP environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific field.
- Capable of executing Validation using equipment such as Kaye Validators or similar.
Experience:
- Hands-on broad validation experience.
- Work knowledge of validation programs in areas of Cleaning, Analytical, Equipment, Process, Environmental, and Computer Systems.
- Experience with GxP Systems (ETQ, Trackwise, Veeva, SAP).
- Prior experience supporting audits performed by regulators and customers.
- Knowledge of quality assurance requirements for pharmaceuticals: 21 CFR Parts 210/211, ISO 9001, ICH and other standard requirements
- Experience with Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe.
- Clean Room Experience
