  • Make an Impact! Provides supervision of the day to day operation of the MRI Imaging section. Directs the workflow for the technical staff for all classifications of patients throughout the department. Assigns staff to meet the needs of the patient schedule. Monitors equipment functionality. Works with field engineers and MLH Biomedical Engineering Department in addressing any equipment issues. In conjunction with staff technologists and technologist assistants, assures procedure rooms are stocked with supplies. Checks the quality of the images on PACS and solves the QA issues on all studies as needed. Resolve the outstanding procedures report at tracking step. Is competent to perform procedures on all patient populations ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Maintain working relationship with all ancillary departments.

Position: Supervisor - MRI
Shift: Full-time, Days

Experience:
1. Graduate of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology.
2. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) required
3. Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist ARRT (MRI) required
4. Minimum 3 years recent related MRI experience.

Education:
Graduate of accredited program of radiologic technology
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) and/or MRI Certification
American Heart Association BLS certification
