Role Description & Responsibilities

DELMIA Quintiq is looking for an Industry Process Consultant to work near any of our offices with the US in a remote or hybrid role. In this position you will be leading large and complex technical sales support activities with prospective clients.

  • Work to educate clients, identify client pains and opportunities for improvement, define and propose Supply Chain solutions and architectures; prepare and deliver product demonstrations and explain the value of these solutions.
  • Within our centralized expert team, you will have an opportunity to knowledge share and enable your peers and cross-functional teams to find a shared success
    • Discover and analyze customer business problems
    • Define architectural visions for the implementation of the solutions to achieve value and to ensure that they are feasible
    • Formulate recommendations and solutions (proposed business processes)
      with supporting value evidences (KPIs and business case)
    • Contribute to the execution of Value Engagement activities and deliverables.
    • Articulate value, based on identified KPIs and KVIs using customer value
      models and adapting them to the customer's specific challenges and needs
    • Support presentation of value proposal to Executive / Head of department
      sponsors
    • Responsible for developing Best In Class demos and solution vision
      presentation
    • Support Request For Information / Request for Proposal processes
    • Support DASSAULT SYSTEMES Business Partners (re-sellers or implementation
      partners) in their growth and Sales activities
    • Capitalize yours and peers experience and expertise to facilitate knowledge
      access and transfer

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

* 5+ years' experience in the Advanced Planning System software space

* Experience with multiple facets of Supply Chain (S&OP, MPS, MPS, Detailed scheduling, Logistics planning, Route optimization, Workforce scheduling

* Experience across all manufacturing horizons, be it as a user or in the positioning of an APS to deliver value in sales engagements

* Supply chain management knowledge

* Experience in or exposure to Object Oriented Programming

* Great communication skills, comfortable delivering presentations to C-level audiences

* Good analytical skills and problem solving approach

* Highly motivated and independent

* Effective time management

* Results driven

* Thrives in high pressure environments/situations

* Knowledge of or working experience with DELMIA Quintiq software is preferred but not required

Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
