Position Summary: The Director of Sales Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing outbound sales operations, implementing Infant Care strategy, and providing operational support to field sales. Reporting to the Fleet Sales General Manager, the ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, inspirational leadership qualities, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving sales performance and operational efficiency within the Fleet Sales division. Collaborating closely with Regional Directors and Fleet Sales General Manager, the DSO ensures alignment and operational efficiency across sales functions. Primary Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage outbound sales strategy and operations, including team development and performance evaluation, to drive sales growth and achieve targets. * Recommend and execute pricing strategies and tactics, including working cross-functionally to resolve issues related to product/service profitability. * Lead the implementation of Infant Care strategy, focusing on guiding accounts through critical stages of engagement and growth. * Oversee lead-generation strategy and programs to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer acquisition. * Serve as the primary liaison between Field Sales and Operations on pricing issues, ensuring alignment and efficiency in pricing strategies. * Provides operations and administrative support to field sales operations including National Accounts to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction. * Manages a team of 3-6 team members. Qualifications, Skills, and Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Master's Degree preferred. * Proven experience in sales operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven experience in strategy creation for a sales department, preferably outbound sales. * Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies, lead-generation techniques, and account management principles. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. * Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive business growth. * Experience in the fleet management industry or related field is highly desirable.
