Position Description

We're looking for a full-time, staff Executive Support Technician to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Philadelphia, PA. The Executive Support Technician will provide customer service, customer support, daily monitoring and reporting for Executive resources on business systems, applications, devices, and services. Activities will include, but are not limited to: staging / installation / maintenance of equipment such as PC's, wireless devices and peripherals, performance testing / tuning of equipment and operating systems, creation / maintenance of user accounts, administration and troubleshooting of wireless devices, and documentation of technical solutions.

As the Executive Support Technician, here's the work you'll do:
  • Provide service administration and customer support to Executive resources. Handle escalations on a broad selection of technologies and business applications. Act as the primary point of contact for after-hours IT support for the Executive resources.
  • Under the direction of the Manager of Enterprise IT, research and evaluate new technologies for deployment to executive team members.
  • Coordinate with other groups within IT to ensure that all aspects of executive team members systems and hardware performance problems are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Implements processes, procedures, and documentation guidelines for Executive support.
  • Test, troubleshoot and deploy new systems/hardware for executives.
  • Manage mobile carrier performance and billing accuracy. Responsible for efficiency / consistency of device procurement & provisioning, billing review & dispute handling, and resolving technical issues. Stay abreast of all demands. Identify trends and track/report on poor service or major events. Discuss changes with communications vendors and coordinate their services.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deployment of new technologies/systems.
  • Knowledge of home network design, implementation and support.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and issues to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong aptitude to learn and apply new technology.
And if you have these qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related experience
  • 3+ years supporting IT systems, hardware, and devices
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $66,160.00 - $99,240.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
