Role Description & Responsibilities

DELMIA Hosted Solutions is looking for a motivated Senior Delivery Engineer to join our team in Radnor, PA, in an onsite/hybrid role.

  • In this role you will have an opportunity to work with, implement and constantly optimize revolutionary technology supporting our clients in a post-sales environment
  • Contribute to overall service delivery for clients by ensuring the infrastructure and product implementation runs smoothly and evolves within their fast moving and ever changing landscape of needs to ensure best use of our products
  • You will be implementing, maintaining and deploying customer applications as well supporting these technical complex deployments
  • You will provide excellent customer support, where your planning and communication skills are equally needed as your technical skills;
  • You will assist the team in overall day-to-day operation for delivery team;
  • You will acts as support to analyze and resolve customer incidents, which can be outside office hours and/or during weekends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support business requirements

***This role requires 24/7 weekend coverage work once a month as well as attendance to meetings Monday - Friday 6am-9am EST and 6pm-9pm EST***

Qualifications

* B.S in a technical field most preferred, but experience can be considered inlieuof

* 5+ years of working experience in technical support or software development role

* Excellent knowledge around business integration and related protocols like SOAP, REST API, sFTP

* Several years of experience with software implementation/setup/configuration of Enterprise Applications

* Working knowledge of networking components (firewall, load balancers and protocols like TCP/IP)

* Knowledge of software development principles as well as IT-security principles

* Demonstrated Customer Centric approach to problem solving

* Pro-active communication style

* Good analytical thinking and proven experience in problem solving

* Experience working with a global team - collaborating across timezones as needed
