Job Description

Job Summary: The role will lead Global Purolite FP&A and Supply Chain Finance to drive Ecolab macro finance processes and develop and maintain key business performance indicators and metrics. The key responsibilities will include leadership and coordination of the annual Plan, Strategic Business Review, Monthly Business Reviews, Monthly Insights, and support other business priorities. The role will manage a team of four and must partner and influence across finance, businesses, functions, and geographies. The role is highly exposed and visible; it is an excellent entry point to Ecolab Finance and will help learn key Ecolab processes and build a strong network.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and coordinate Annual Plan and Strategic Business Review (incl. P&L, Budgets, Special Charges, Capex, Cash Flow)
  • Coordinate Global team on P&L close and preparation of monthly forecast/R&O
  • Prepare and coordinate weekly sales outlooks/R&O
  • Support reporting and communication on other key processes including Price capture, New Business Wins, etc.
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain key business insights across businesses and functions
  • Conduct various ad-hoc analyses as requested by senior executives
  • Provide leadership, coaching, management to FP&A and Supply Chain Finance team (team of four)
  • Occasionally lead projects as requested

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, ideally an MBA
  • 12 years'+ work experience, 5+ years successful people management experience
  • Must have a strong record of results in: Financial Analysis/Commercial Finance/Consulting and Planning and Analysis (actual analysis, forecast, planning, management reporting)
  • Experience with blue-chip, international, matrix operations
  • A good mix of finance professional and business acumen, a strong passion for driving business results
