Brief Description:

The position will be accountable for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness in support of the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. Responsibilities include field target planning and alignment, field process optimization, field analytics and performance measurement, field force data and technology solutions, and incentive compensation. The ability to manage and support multiple deliverables and shifting priorities with strong skills in project management, collaboration and communication will be key to success.

While the position is advertised as a Field Analytics & Operation Manager role, we welcome applications from candidates with Senior Manager level, as we are open to considering the creation of a requisition for individuals with additional expertise if Jazz determines that there is sufficient business need.

Essential Functions

Field Force Analytics & Operations:

* Responsibility to support the Oncology team's field strategies including field force effectiveness initiatives, customer targeting and segments, affiliations/alignments, hybrid engagement activities and surface insights to key stakeholders. Flexibility to support other Business Units as priorities may change.

* Design and implement effective customer call planning and targeting tools to support and evaluate field force productivity/performance

* Own sub-national sales force reporting and analysis: operationalization of KPIs and metrics through centralized data platforms, and creation and management of performance related reports and dashboards (via Tableau and Alteryx)

* Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access, cross-functional partners within Analytics & Insights, Market Access Operations & Analytics teams

* Support multiple projects and deliver consistently to the expectations of different stakeholders

* Demonstrate the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to ensure a high-level of team involvement in key business decisions while working effectively with business partners

* Ability to understand and clearly communicate intricate details of the incentive compensation plans, including business rules, calculations, and inquiry resolutions to the field-based teams and sales leadership

* Create and deliver presentations and reports on incentive compensation programs for senior sales leadership demonstrating excellent communications and presentation skills

* Monitor and track incentive compensation deliverables (e.g., payouts, goal setting, ad-hoc requests) to ensure accuracy and timeliness while identifying opportunities for process improvements & efficiencies.

Partner with US Data Strategy and Commercial IS and Data Operations teams:

* Improve efficiencies and enable enhanced capabilities to deliver advancement in business analytics, field force effectiveness, and information management

* Collaboratively design, develop, implement, and support data and technology business process changes and operational consistency

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

* Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or related pharmaceutical data

* Strong business and technology acumen (experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus)

* Ability to deliver results by working effectively in a cross-functional team environment

* Proven ability to work with large, ambiguous datasets and develop meaningful views of the data

* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus

* Familiarity with incentive compensation software

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

* 3+ years in sales operations, analytics and/or Commercial IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is $108,000-$162,000. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
