Job Description
Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Residential Marketing Specialist to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team? Close deals, lead a team, and the position pays $21.39 hourly plus MONTHLY BONUSES! Our currents are making $25-$30 an hour.
We need an Aggressive, Driven, “Nothing-gets-in-my-way” type of go getter to drive performance in the field. It’s fun! It’s a money maker. And you get to be part of a motivated team and drive performance daily.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Beat our monthly lead generation goals by driving our door-to-door campaigning strategy. GET US LEADS EVERYDAY! Maintain an expert level of knowledge of our sales system and products at all times to ensure customers receive an excellent experience. This team works Monday – Friday and are in the field from 10 am - 4 pm, with an 8 am arrival to the office. There are breaks throughout the day as well as a lunch break.

Our Residential Marketing Associates are salaried, but the real reward comes from your bonus payments, which are paid out every 4 weeks you will be earning a bonus for how many appointments you schedule for design consultations. Our teammates in this role can earn about $6,500 per month. Highly energetic and skilled team, Support from management, and the owner, Weekly Training from talented managers and skilled canvassers from the field to achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets, Growth opportunities in a high growth company.
