A Brief Overview
The Enterprise Data & Analytics Team plays critical role in enabling Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) as a data driven enterprise. Its mission is to ingest, manage, and transform the enterprise's data assets into actionable insights which improve the healthcare delivery system.
The Enterprise Data & Analytics team functions include Data Engineering, Data Trust & Enablement, Business Intelligence, Analytics Services (Visualization, Process Improvement, and Business Analysis), Application Development, and Advanced Analytics.
The Enterprise Data Architect is responsible for aligning the future state enterprise information architecture with enterprise strategic goals and objectives. This role collaborates with analytics leadership, partners with analytics engineers, analysts and subject matter experts from cross-functional clinical/business areas to define standardized data models and ensure that the models are optimized to support data driven decision making. This position would oversee the data models built by analytics engineers and analysts dedicated to support various functions of the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise-level Health care data architecture with a deep understanding of the latest trends, tools, and best practices.
What you will do
The department works approximately 80% remotely, 20% on site in our Philadelphia offices on an as-needed basis.
