Our Blue Bell office is currently seeking a registered Project Architect with 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager working on medium to large scale projects - senior living, education, healthcare, and government projects preferred. Successful candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited university with "well-rounded" management skills, in addition to, professional registration. Ability to lead a team of professionals, excellent client communications and presentation skills are essential. The position requires the candidate to perform all management tasks for the full duration of a project. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the following: Contract Responsibilities
Set Internal Project Budgets and Schedules
Create and Monitor Project Schedules
Technical Proficiency
Our Project Managers are the key communicators between the client and project team. We expect clear communication regularly with the project teams and our clients to ensure consistent coordination is happening within our project teams.
