Who you are
This role will report to theRegional Operations Manager and work closely with the Fort Myers Office Services team. On the research side, you will beresponsible for data pulling, validation and inputting of essential commercial real estate data along with financial analysis.
In an additional capacity, you will assist the marketing coordinator with maintaining the email database, marketing flyer creation, working online listing platforms and assist with social media campaigns/strategies.
What you bring
In progress BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1 year work or internship experience (or educational equivalent) in a business or office environment preferred. Experience in residential or commercial real estate is an asset.
Computer proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and especially strong skills in Excel.
Excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
What success looks like
You will be involved in gatheringdata onmarket activity by observing, receiving, andobtaining information from relevant sources and enter it into existingdatabase and/or relevant projects.
You will assist inthe compilation and creation of research resourcesto provide internal and external clients with accurate information and marketanalysis.
You will actively participate in researchand marketing meetings.
You will design and edit proposals for various initiatives according to research and brand standards.
You will help to elevate the brand presence in partnership with the marketing department by way of email campaigns, social media and other mediums.
