Cloud and Network Services (CNS)

What you will learn and contribute to Digital Insights is a growing business for Cloud and Network Services in North America with focus on generating network, service and customer insights. With 5G and ever growing experience demanding customer base insights portfolio is becoming key to our customers success. We are looking for Pre Sales Manager who can support sales engagements for complex & competitive bids, drive value and create long term relationships with customers, collaborate with Sales, solution consultants and services organization. This position is to support a Tier 2 operators with significant install base of CNS Digital Insights assets.
As part of our team, you will:
For qualified opportunities, lead Domain customer technical engagements, understanding customers' business pain points, requirements (including detailed use cases) and KPI's.
Establish trusting relationship with customer technical decision makers.
Lead Domain offer solution strategy (including products and services requirements): assess customer RFP or input documents, define solution to be positioned and reference architecture by adapting Nokia blueprints to customer needs.
Lead discussions on technical requirements and resolve gaps with Product Managers and System Engineers to ensure customer features/roadmap commitments can be met, during pre-sales engagements.
Guide and review technical offer deliverables: SoW, SoC/Point by point Responses, BoQs.
Drive and document overall deal solution strategy (product and services), interface with PLMs & Pre-Sales (Services), to drive optimal scoping & cost structure to ensure competitively and future up-sells.
Travel to customer meetings and related business activities can be up to 2 to 3 days a week in assigned territory.
Your skills and experience
You must have:
At least 9 years of work experience in software engineering, product management, sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering in the telecom industry. Knowledge of the Market segments (service providers, enterprises and Internet of Things) and their Domain requirements.
Knowledge of the Digital Intelligence Suite including CNS Domain products - Mobile Network Insights, Fixed Network Insights, Customer Insights, Anomaly Detection along with general big data analytics & probe based analytics.
Other Market specific languages, a plus or required.
Pro-active, ability to lead from the front
It would be nice if you also had:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering, Master's preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
