Develop the strategies behind the Company's initial development of internal control over financial reporting as well as remediation of material weaknesses. In overseeing a team of external consultants, execute the strategies for the Company to remediate material weaknesses and to enhance financial reporting and IT processes. Lead the annual SOX risk assessment, scoping an
