Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern who is currently enrolled in college, you will build on classroom learning through paid work directly related to your field.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to learn more about the exciting world of talent acquisition
  • Assist with day-to-day activities including engaging with our current interns, suggesting improvements to our existing program and reporting on our diversity metrics
  • Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes
  • Gain valuable hands-on experience all while having fun

We need you to have:

  • Current enrollment in a college program pursuing a degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Demonstrated time-management skills through extracurricular activities
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel
  • Current enrollment and pursuit of a BA degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Completed at least 2 years of course work at an accredited university
  • Ability to work 10-12 weeks from late May to late August

  • Prior work experience
  • Completion of Junior year in your Bachelors program
