Martha Duesterhoft has over 20 years in human resources and human capital solutions experience, and has served as a leadership coach (internally and externally) for over 10 years. Her extensive experience in the corporate environment and running a business serves her well as she coaches executives on business behaviors. Her consulting work focuses on leadership development, organization development and change management types of projects. Martha’s executive coaching background includes working with mid-to-senior level managers in large private and publicly traded organizations, non-profit organizations, as well as in a university setting. Prior to founding her own company and then joining People Results, Martha was employed by Accenture for 11 years.
