Madeline Roberts is a Senior Social Communities Coordinator at American Public University System where she engages with students and alumni to support recruitment and retention goals. She has more than five years of marketing and customer service experience and has worked for one of the nation’s leading non-profit healthcare organizations and leading BI software providers. Madeline graduated magna cum laude from Shippensburg University with a B.A. in Communications/Journalism and is currently working toward her MBA with a concentration in Marketing at American Military University.
