Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator located in our Pennsauken NJ market.  This position will have the potential to become work from home but will have to occasionally need to visit our Pennsauken NJ corporate headquarters.

THE POSITION:

The Marketing Coordinator will be right in the heart of our magic, providing support to the Marketing Department with planning and managing all marketing projects.  They work effectively with the sales team across all segments and possess great communication skills. They thrive in ambiguous situations and can shift gears to provide support wherever it is most needed and are not afraid to dive into the details. They should have an appreciation for how social media impacts the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver and super communicator with proven experience supporting marketing initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the marketing team with marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and traffic all creative needs.
  • Provide complete support to the management on daily administrative tasks.
  • Support internal content creation and information sharing.
  • Manage our digital assets via amp portal.
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
  • Scheduling and project management.
  • Maintains supply of marketing materials; may assist with orders as needed.
  • Coordinating deliveries and shipping for department.
  • Track status of marketing material orders.
  • Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorms throughout campaign planning.
  • Conduct research of prospective clients, industries, markets, and competition.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. AFR reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
  • Participate in department weekly meetings or as needed. 
     

Qualifications

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Marketing team experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and team focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment!
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Active social media user.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and discretion.
  • We require all staff to be self-motivated, task-driven, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Candidate must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
