WHAT YOULL DO: POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern -Communications LOCATION: Newtown Square, PA or San Francisco, CA preferably (but since virtual, can be anywhere) EXPECTED START DATE: January 3, 2022 WORK AREA: Marketing & Communications EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Intern TRAVEL: 10% IN THIS ROLE, YOULL: - Create and manage visual assets for internal communications to include: Email templates, weekly internal newsletter, and infographics - Write internal business updates, people profiles, and other feature content - Document and maintain department tools, resources, and processes - Measure and report on key success metrics of team programs and platforms - Support analyst relations, media relations, and social media projects as needed WHO YOU ARE: Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. DEMONSTRATED QUALITIES - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude - Ability to move quickly, take initiative, multi-task, and work cross-functionally - Ask questions, be curious about everything QUALIFICATIONS - Student presently studying Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred - Top academic achiever & passionate about human experience management (HXM) - Social media and digital technology experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus - Video editing experience a plus Follow @SAPiXp on Instagram and dont miss anything about our experiences worldwide!
