About this business area: HCB Marketing drives the research, design, development and delivery of all marketing activities across the enterprise. The organization works together to advance the Aetna brand and deepen the companys digital and consumer-centric marketing to drive profitable growth. Position Summary We are hiring a Marketing Operations intern to support content publishing and analytics reporting within Aetna's Marketing organization. We are looking for an ambitious, operationally-minded professional who can appreciate business goals/priorities and leverage his/her knowledge of the social media space to accelerate access to unique content. In this role, you will perform a range of tasks including, but not limited to: supporting the publishing of content to our websites and social media channels, maintaining our content library, managing content calendars, and reporting on performance to marketing teams across the organization. You will work on: - Support creation, curation and overall editorial process for healthcare content across all channels in support of the Commercial, Specialty, and Government businesses as well as the Aetna brand overall - Support publishing schedules and updating weekly content calendars - Support the development and publishing of long form content on Aetna's web properties through our data asset management system - Support the development and publishing of social media content to Aetna's official social media channels through our social media management tool - Reporting on content metrics and providing recommendations for improved future performance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Meet educational requirements (see education section) - Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Results-driven focus and persistent work ethic COVID REQUIREMENTS COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT CVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated. - If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment. For the two COVID-19 shot regimen, you will be required to provide proof of your second COVID-19 shot within the first 60 days of your employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health. - If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health.
